Becca Ayers is an actor/singer/writer who has performed in six Broadway shows (“Avenue Q”, “Les Miserables” - original first revival cast, “South Pacific” - original revival cast, “My Fair Lady”, “Addams Family”, and the all female/non-binary/trans revival of “1776”). They’ve also done a handful of off-Broadway shows, and a multitude of regional theater productions. Originally from Columbia, MO, they received their BFA from Stephens [Women’s] College in the same town. Becca, most recently, starred as dawn in a brand new musical at the Court Theatre in Chicago called, “Out Here”.

Becca’s new play, “Undressing” (co-written with Stacey Wallace) will have a full reading this summer at North Country New Works at the Weathervane theatre in Whitefield, New Hampshire. Altogether, they have co-written two plays and four television pilots. They’ve taken extensive classes at Upright Citizens Brigade and The Groundlings in sketch writing, character creation, and improv.

Ayers is a singer/songwriter who plays guitar and ukulele and has several albums on all streaming platforms - although most no longer remain on Spotify (*if Spotify is your jam, you can see and hear a comprehensive sample of music videos and songs on YouTube.) In addition to Becca’s solo material, you can also search for “baby goes bang” (with former bandmate, Russ Rowland) and “The Perfectly Violent Dream” (a collaboration with Bradley Dean Whyte). Ayers participated in the cast recordings of “South Pacific”, “Giant” (LaChuisa), “Sarah, Plain”and Tall”  (Laurence O’Keefe and Nell Benjamin) - sample songs: Is It Me You Want to Kiss” and, “It Comes and Goes” (sung with Joe Cassidy), and “Dogfight”/“Dear Evan Hansen” (Pasek and Paul).

Becca lives in NYC, and their sister, Heather, is also an actor - who was recently seen in Kenny Leon's, “Our Town” on Broadway. They are represented by Rachel Cohen McKenna of Evolve Talent Management.
